Pastor at Winchester Friends 1911-1926

Rev. Frank Cornell of New Market, Ontario will assume the pastorate of the Friends Church in this city next Sunday.  The new minister is about 50 years of age, a native of Ontario, and a Friend by birth.  This is not his first service in the United States, as he at one time had charge of the Los Angeles, California Friends Church.

 Frank and his wife, Mary E. brought with them their 9 year old daughter, Kathleen, when they moved to Winchester 100 years ago.  Their older son, Ward, was married in Canada in 1920. Frank and Mary eventually retired to Florida after serving 15 years as pastors in Winchester.  They are the longest serving pastors in the 138 years of history at Winchester Friends.
